Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Working on client teams, actively engaging in client projects.
- Gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses.
- Developing and communicating recommendations.
- Receiving coaching and mentoring from colleagues.
- Interviewing clients, leading client teams, and building financial models.
- Creating and delivering presentations, collaborating with McKinsey experts.

Candidate Qualities
- Pre-penultimate or penultimate year students in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Possessing an outstanding academic record and commitment to excellence.
- Demonstrating initiative and leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
- Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents residing in Australia or New Zealand.
