How you will create an impact

 

  • Engage in solution design and development of methodology within project teams of typically 2-5 consultants
  • Conduct analysis to test hypotheses and derive insights
  • Develop models to simulate and quantify impacts of recommendations
  • Create and deliver client presentations

Candidate Qualities

  • A bright, critical thinker with great analytical and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
  • Some professional experience from prior internships or roles in consulting firms or industry would be advantageous
  • A team player, with proven ability to collaborate with others
  • High degree of initiative and critical thinking
  • Proficient working knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken)
  • Be willing to travel for projects & training (domestic & international)
  • Have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency
