To prepare for the behavioural interview:

  • Review your resume as it may be use to ask questions.

  • Research BCG's values on their website.

  • Prepare responses to basic behavioural interview questions.

  • Hot Tip 🔥: When asked about your motivation for applying to any company, give specific reasons and avoid listing generic traits that apply to every consulting company. Do some research to understand what makes the company unique using: the company’s website, discussion platforms such as Glassdoor and Reddit, insights from past and present employees, and GradIQ’s company profiles.

Preparation Guidance

  • Use feedback from the previous round of interviews to guide your preparation e.g. if you were told your quantitative skills were weak, make sure to practice them prior to the final interview

  • Review free online resources including Crafting Cases and RocketBlocks

  • Explore GradIQ's case study directory

  • Complete a mock case interview with a friend or experienced interview coach
