Strategy Analyst

 

As a Strategy Analyst, you will:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define and implement strategic initiatives that address key business challenges.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic recommendations.
  • Work on projects involving corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, growth strategies, and digital transformation.
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions and achieve their strategic goals.

 

Consulting Analyst

 

As a Consulting Analyst, you will:

  • Partner with clients to design and implement solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the delivery of technology-enabled transformation projects, including ERP implementations, cloud migrations, and process automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of consulting engagements.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients, helping them achieve measurable improvements in performance and outcomes.

Candidate Qualities

  • Be a graduate with a study discipline in Business/Commerce, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, HR, or related fields. Other degrees may also be considered.
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent or New Zealand Permanent Resident
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
  • Have a proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential and a track record of academic and extracurricular achievements.
